Hello, I recently bought a Rave 4 on Christmas eve. I am highly satisfied with my purchase. I went to other Toyota dealerships and received the run around. They were firm on the price and refused to negotiate. Gerald Toyota was interested in selling me a car and made various offers to the point I couldn't refuse. The salesman Raul Negron, bilingual Spanish, was very knowledgeable and patient with me. He made sure that all my needs were met. Highly recommend the Rave 4!

This is my second purchasing from gerald auto, 1st time from this location. Car shopping can be stressful but what I've always experienced at gerald auto is straightforward business. Anthony and Joe were great. Of course they try to upsell- it is a dealership after all 😀 - but my favorite thing was there was little to no back and forth. I told them my goal, they shared their counteroffers, and any add on I didn't want we moved on pretty quickly. Also no hidden fees or gotchas when you get home and relook at the paperwork which goes a long way for trust. All in all the entire process took about 2 hours from the test drive to signing the papers.

I have recently purchased a car from Gerald Toyota of Matteson and honestly I was never so impressed with the process, everything went smooth and Anthony explained to me every single detail crystal clear, I couldn’t be more sure of what decision I’m about to make. They helped me with my trade in which was my first one ever and honestly it didn’t take a lot of time. I arrived at the dealership at 6pm and by 8:20pm I was on the way home with the new car. Edgar helped me with the paperwork and I was so shocked because it was quick and understandable. They did not added extra fees on top of the price, didn’t throw silly “options” for my car which I don’t need nor ever use in the future so you cannot miss with this dealership. Our salesman Raul was informative and very patient. After some minor back and forth with the interest rate and financing, we found something that we were pleased with. We left happy and enjoy our new car.

The sales manager Mohammad Zidan was outstanding . He was professional , kind, polite, likable and treated my spouse and I with respect . It was a pleasure to deal with him. The same is true for our sales associate Anthony . He could not have been nicer or friendlier . He was extremely helpful and patient in explaining the features of the car and multimedia system.
